انتخابی ترمیمی بل کے تحت آبادی کے تناسب کے لحاظ سے نئی حلقہ بندیوں کے بعد ساہیوال ضلع اس لحاظ سے خسارے میں رہا کہ یہاں بھی بعض دیگر اضلاع کی طرح قومی اسمبلی کی ایک نشست کم کر دی گئی۔ساہیوال ضلع میں قومی اسمبلی کی چار نشستیں تھیں اب ایک سیٹ کی کمی سے تین رہ گئی ہیں۔ساہیوال شہر قومی اسمبلی کے حلقہ 160 این اے میں شامل تھا نئی حلقہ بندیوں کے تحت اس نشست کا نمبر تبدیل ہو کر این اے 149 ہو چکا ہے۔ ہڑپہ این اے 148 اور چیچہ وطنی این اے 147 میں شامل ہیں۔حلقہ بندیوں سے متعلق شکایات پر الیکشن کمیشن اور اعلیٰ عدالتیں کیا فیصلہ کرتی ہیں۔ یہ تو آنے والا وقت بتائے گا۔ مجموعی طور پر ملک بھر میں سیاسی سرگرمیاں عروج پکڑ رہی ہیں۔ساہیوال کی قومی اسمبلی کی نشست این اے 149 کی اگر بات کی جائے تو آنے والے جنرل الیکشن میں یہاں کا سیاسی منظر نامہ بہت آسانی سے سمجھا جا سکتا ہے۔موجودہ این اے 149 میں نور شاہ، قادر آباد، یوسف والا، میونسپل کمیٹی ساہیوال، چک نمبر 90 چھ آر، 94 نائن ایل، 96 نائن ایل، 97 چھ آر،97 نائن ایل، 102 نائن ایل کے علاقے  شامل ہیں۔

اس حلقے میں دو بڑی برادریاں راجپوت اور ارائیں آباد ہیں جن میں سےارائیں نسبتاَ بڑی برادری ہے۔ جٹ، بلوچ، سگلہ، کمیانہ، وٹو، فتیانہ، سیال اور نول برادریاں بھی اچھا خاصا ووٹ بنک رکھتی ہیں۔ کھگے یہاں کے بڑے زمیندار ہیں۔پاکستان مسلم لیگ ن کے پاس اس حلقے میں سید عمران شاہ ولی سے زیادہ مضبوط امیدوار نظر نہیں آتا۔ عمران شاہ ولی 2008 اور 2013 کے جنرل الیکشن میں پاکستان مسلم لیگ ن کے ٹکٹ پر مسلسل دو بار کامیابی حاصل کر چکے ہیں۔ اس لیے سیاسی حلقوں میں اس بات کا تذکرہ ہے کہ مسلم لیگ ن اس بار بھی عمران شاہ ولی کو ہی میدان میں اتارے گی۔ پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے پاس اس حلقے میں عمران شاہ کے مدمقابل اتارنے کے لیے دو امیدوار چوہدری نوریز شکور اور رانا آفتاب احمد خان ہیں۔2002 کے جنرل الیکشن میں عمران شاہ ولی کو پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے امیدوار چوہدری نوریز شکور نے 10 ہزار 67 ووٹ کی برتری سے شکست دی تھی۔ اس الیکشن میں انوار الحق رامے پاکستان مسلم لیگ قائد اعظم کی طرف سے 11 ہزار 671 ووٹ لیکر تیسری پوزیشن پر رہے تھے۔ اس وقت انوار الحق رامے اور چوہدری نوریز شکور، دونوں ہی پاکستان تحریک انصاف میں شامل ہیں۔پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے پاس اس حلقے میں عمران شاہ کے مدمقابل اتارنے کے لیے دو امیدوار چوہدری نوریز شکور اور رانا آفتاب احمد خان ہیں۔سیاسی کارکن، صحافی اور متعدد دانشور چوہدری نوریز شکور کو عمران شاہ کا صحیح معنوں میں مدمقابل دیکھتے ہیں۔

چوہدری نوریز شکور کے بیٹے محمد علی شکور نے 2013 کے جنرل الیکشن میں عمران شاہ ولی کے مقابلہ میں 38 ہزار 23 ووٹ حاصل کیے تھے اور یہ علی شکور کا سیاست میں پہلا قدم تھا۔رانا آفتاب احمد خان، 2002 کے جنرل الیکشن میں پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے ٹکٹ پر پی پی 221 سے ایم پی اے منتخب ہوئے تھے۔ وہ بھی اب پاکستان تحریک انصاف کا حصہ ہیں اور این اے 149 سے ٹکٹ کے امیدوار بھی۔پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کو اس حلقے سے ذکی چوہدری اور رانا عامر شہزاد میں سے ایک کا چناؤ کرنا پڑے گا۔ سابق تحصیل ناظم رانا عامر شہزاد نے گزشتہ سال ق لیگ چھوڑ کر پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی میں شمولیت اختیار کی ہے۔سابق تحصیل ناظم رانا عامر شہزاد نے گزشتہ سال ق لیگ چھوڑ کر پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی میں شمولیت اختیار کی ہے۔جبکہ ذکی چوہدری پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے دیرینہ کارکن ہیں۔2013 کے جنرل الیکشن میں پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے ٹکٹ ہولڈر ذکی چوہدری تھے۔ انہوں نے 13 ہزار 877 ووٹ حاصل کیے تھے۔ جبکہ رانا عامر شہزاد کو آزاد امیدوار کے طور پر 22 ہزار 618 ووٹ ملے۔مقامی سیاسی کارکن اور دانشور اس بات پر اتفاق کرتے ہیں کہ آئندہ جنرل الیکشن میں مسلم لیگ ن اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے درمیان کانٹے دار مقابلہ ہوگا۔پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی اس الیکشن کا اہم حصہ ہو گی۔2013 کے جنرل الیکشن میں99 ہزار 553 ووٹ لیکر جیتنے والے عمران شاہ ولی کو اگر ن لیگ کا ٹکٹ کنفرم ہو جاتا ہے تو اس بار ان کے لیے فتح حاصل کرنا آسان نہیں ہوگا۔سیاسی کارکنوں کا کہنا ہے کہ متحدہ مجلس عمل کا قیام ثابت کرتا ہے کہ وہ یہاں اپنا امیدوار کھڑا کریں گے۔ علامہ طاہر القادری کی عوامی تحریک کے کارکن اس بار ن لیگ کو ووٹ نہیں دیں گے۔ ملی مسلم لیگ کا قیام بھی ن لیگ کے لیے سیاسی نقصان کا باعث ہوگا۔  اس کے ساتھ ساتھ تحریک لبیک یا رسول اللہ، اپنا امیدوار میدان میں اتارے گی جس کا اثر ن لیگ کے ووٹ بنک پر ہوگا۔ عوام اب متحرک سیاستدانوں کی حمایت کریں گے۔پارٹی کا ٹکٹ اور امیدوار کی عوام میں مقبولیت جیت کا راستہ ہموار کرے گی۔ "اوصاف شیخ"

آئندہ الیکشن میں حصہ لینے والے امیدواروں کو سخت محنت درکار ہو گی کہ این اے 149 کے ٹوٹل رجسٹرڈ ووٹرز کی تعداد الیکشن2013 میں تین لاکھ  چھ ہزار 875 تھی۔جو کہ اب بڑھ کر آٹھ لاکھ 36 ہزار 740 ہو گئی ہے۔ جس کی بنیادی وجہ قومی اسمبلی کی نشست کا کم ہونا ہے۔صحافی اوصاف شیخ کا کہنا ہے کہ کسی حد تک تو برادری کا ووٹ حاصل کیا جا سکتا ہے مگر اصل بات یہ ہے کہ خود سیاسی پارٹی کو ٹکٹ دیتے وقت بہت سی باتوں کو مد نظر رکھنا ہوگا۔ عوام اب متحرک سیاستدانوں کی حمایت کریں گے۔پارٹی کا ٹکٹ اور امیدوار کی عوام میں مقبولیت جیت کا راستہ ہموار کرے گی۔
